Effective January 1, 2025

If you are bringing an All-Girls Select Team, you have the option to either play up in an older age division or compete in the coed league within the Neighborhood Sports NFL Flag program.

If you are bringing a Coed Select Team, you must play up in an older age division within the Neighborhood Sports NFL Flag program.

Why We Have a Select Team Policy

Our recreational league is designed to provide a fun, competitive, and developmentally appropriate experience for all players. To maintain competitive balance and ensure fair play across all divisions, Select Teams—composed of highly skilled players—are required to play in a higher age group. This policy fosters player growth, encourages balanced matchups, and upholds the integrity of recreational play.
