Be Part of a Winning Team – Make the Call!

Do you love the game and want to make an impact? Officiating in an NFL FLAG league is the perfect way to stay connected to football while inspiring young athletes. Join a team of passionate officials, give back to your community, and be part of the fun!

At Neighborhood Sports, we take pride in selecting dedicated officials who uphold the integrity of the game and enhance the experience for players, coaches, and families at both national and local levels.

No Experience? No Problem!

We provide all the training you need. New officials must complete:
✅ An online rules test (minimum passing score: 80%)
On-field training with an experienced official (approx. 2 hours)

Note: Training is unpaid, but it’s an investment in your success!
