Neighborhood Sports is the premier NFL Youth Flag Football League for all girls ages 5–17. Players of all skill levels enjoy a quality, non-contact league where HAVING FUN while competing is the #1 goal.

LEAGUE INFORMATION
- Gamedays: Thursdays
- Season Dates:
- Start Date (First Game): June 12th, 2025
- End Date (Playoffs): July 31st, 2025
- Weeks of Play: 7 (6 regular season games + playoffs in Week 7)
- Practice: One weekday practice per week
*No games July 4th week

NFL FLAG FOOTBALL AGE DIVISIONS
(Age cut-off date: August 1, 2024)
Register based on your child’s age as of August 1, 2024:
- 5/6
- 7/8
- 9/10
- 11/12
- 13/14
- High School Girls
Players can register individually, with friends, or as a team.
EQUIPMENT PROVIDED WITH FEE
- Official NFL Flag Team Reversible Jersey
- Flag Belts
- League-approved football (provided to coaches)

Regular Registration Deadline: May 27th, 2025
- A $20 late fee applies after May 27th, 2025 (if space is available).
